Jury finds Columbus man Guilty of Aggravated Murder

A Delaware County jury has found 44-year-old Timothy Baldrick, of Columbus, guilty of Aggravated Murder for killing 37-year-old Timothy “Scottie” Marcum. On June 28, 2021, a kayaker on Alum Creek found Marcum’s deceased body in a plastic tote floating in the water.
