As a Radio & Digital Sales Representative, you’ll build lasting relationships, craft compelling campaigns, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with local and regional advertisers.
- Sell radio airtime, digital ads (including streaming, websites, and social media), and integrated marketing packages.
- Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage client accounts, track performance, and ensure campaign success.
- Collaborate with production and digital teams to deliver high-impact ads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in media, advertising, or related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of radio broadcasting and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter’s mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
