High School Baseball set to wrap up this weekend

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Following this weekend’s Ohio High School Athletic Association baseball state tournament in Akron, the OHSAA will announce the new fall sports divisional breakdowns on Monday, followed by the new winter sports divisional breakdowns on Tuesday.

The OHSAA Board of Directors is meeting this week in Akron to approve the new fall and winter sports divisional breakdowns for the 2022-23 school year. The new regional assignments for the 2022 football playoffs will also be announced.

Male and female enrollment data provided by the Ohio Department of Education is used to create the OHSAA’s two-year base enrollment figure for each high school. More information about the school enrollment process is available at: https://www.ohsaa.org/school-resources/school-enrollment

The new spring sports divisional breakdowns will be released in August.
