City Manager Paul Brake will deliver his first State of the City address on Thursday, March 20, at 7 PM at the Strand Theatre, 28 E. Winter Street, in downtown Delaware. Doors open at 6:30 pm
This free event is open to the public. Hear firsthand about the City’s accomplishments over the past year and the vision for the future of Delaware. It’s a great opportunity to stay informed, connect with the community, and learn about the exciting initiatives ahead.
