Pennsylvania Ave. Utility Project to Close Intersection

The City of Delaware is replacing a storm sewer at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Heritage Boulevard. The work is scheduled for June 10, 11 and 12, from 7 am – 5 pm each day.

The intersection will re-open to traffic at the conclusion of each workday. The work is being done in advance of Pennsylvania Avenue paving set to take place later this month.

During work hours, Pennsylvania Ave will be closed to traffic at Troy Road and Euclid Avenue. Local residents, only, will have Pennsylvania Ave. access between Troy Rd. & Heritage Blvd. and between Euclid Ave. & Heritage Blvd. Oakwood Dr will be accessible from Troy Rd, only, during this project.

Parking restrictions will be required on Oakwood Ave near the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave.
