Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office announces Sentences

-Rico Williams was sentenced to 14-17.5 years in prison for possession of a fentanyl-related compound (with a firearm specification), aggravated possession of drugs (with a firearm specification), possession of cocaine (with a firearm specification), and 2 counts of having a weapon while under a disability.

-Todd Gossett was sentenced to 5-7.5 years in prison for 2 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person.

-Kevin McMillian was sentenced to 5-7.5 years in prison for burglary.

-Derek Renske was sentenced to 5-6 years in prison for kidnapping (with a firearm specification).

-Jorge Cantarero Velazquez was sentenced to 2-3 years in prison for burglary.

-Ryan Cox was sentenced to 9 months in prison for possession of cocaine.

-Abdimaliq Sharif was sentenced to 30 days in jail plus 3 years community control sanctions for theft. As part of his sentence, he was ordered to spend time in a community based correctional facility.

-Beau Manning was sentenced to 30 days in jail plus 2 years community control sanctions for attempted failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.

-Brandon Lenart was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.

-Diedra King was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for possession of cocaine.

-Ernest Fields was ordered 3 years community control sanctions for possession of cocaine and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. As part of his sentence, he was ordered to spend time in a community based correctional facility.

-Marquan Hoston was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. As part of his sentence, he was ordered to spend time in a community based correctional facility.

-Janna Michael was sentenced to 2.5 years community control sanctions for telecommunications harassment and menacing by stalking.

Our Victim Services Unit handled 2 walk ins and 32 calls and/or emails referring to civil protection orders, violations, referrals, or safety planning.
