February 18, 2025 – Following a bench trial, Judge Marianne T. Hemmeter found 35-year-old Alex Hawks, of Canal Winchester, guilty of Telecommunications Harassment, a felony of the fifth degree. Hawks was previously convicted of Telecommunications Harassment, a misdemeanor of the first degree hence why this contact resulted in a felony charge and conviction.
A sentencing hearing before Judge Marianne T. Hemmeter is set for March 19, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
