Meditation and Mimosas

Join Lisa McManes in the taproom for light stretching, rhythmic breathing and a guided meditation. After class enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage or an alcoholic beverage like a mimosa, wine or beer.
Please wear layers, bring a yoga mat or blanket as we will be on the taproom floor.
Lisa McManes is a certified Meditation Trainer in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from the University Of Massachusetts Medical School. Lisa is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy Of Sports Medicine and is the owner of McManes Personal Training.
