Aggravated Vehicular Assault
Licking County Sheriffs Deputies are investigating an incident in which a male subject drove a vehicle into several tents overnight during the Lost Lands Festival at Legend Valley. A female occupant of a tent was injured and transported with non life threatening injuries.
Noah Curtis, age 24, from Westerville Ohio was arrested and charged with Aggravated Vehicular Assault. Licking County Sheriffs Crash Team Investigators are continuing their investigation.
