NEWARK, OHIO –The Newark Division of Police is seeking the community’s help with an
investigation. In the early morning hours of Sunday, 3/17/2023 between midnight and 12:10am,
an incident occurred on Manning Street, near the bridge over the Licking River.
Surveillance video shows several vehicles traveling down Manning Street while a dark
colored sedan was parked near the bridge. If anyone in the area, heard or saw anything during the
listed date and time, they are encouraged to contact the Detective Bureau at (740) 670-7215.
