Join us for our Winter Wellness Walks on Wednesdays in January and February, at 11am. Sessions begin with a 3/4 mile trek on Kingwood’s grounds and end with a 10-minute stretch session. To sign up, please register online at KingwoodCenter.org or by phone at 419-522-0211. 
Kingwood Members and Silver Sneakers Members: FREE, Non-members- $5 per person
Walk-in sign ups are welcome if space is available. Class will move indoors for inclement weather.
