New Albany Independence Day Parade and Festival

Thousands of residents and visitors attend the parade in the morning and the festival in the evening. Parade Awards are presented for Mayor’s Award (best community spirit) and Presidential Award (most patriotic). Parade starts at 11:00am at the New Albany Primary School parking lot and ends at Church of the Resurrection parking lot.

FESTIVAL
This free family-friendly festival features live entertainment, bounce houses, face painters, balloon twisters, and caricature artists. Food and beverages available for purchase from food trucks.
FIREWORKS
At approximately 10:00pm, the City of New Albany presents fireworks.
