NEWARK, Ohio, July 1, 2022 – The Works: Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology will host Dozers & Diggers, a free community event, on July 9, 2022. Families will get an up-close view of big machines, enjoy free giveaways, and explore machine science with activities.
Dozers & Diggers will include machines from construction equipment to emergency vehicles. Explore fire trucks, forklifts, bulldozers, and other big machines that are a part of our community. Guests are encouraged to jump inside and get a closer look at these fascinating vehicles. Hear from the people who operate the machinery every day and learn how they do their jobs. This event includes food trucks, live demonstrations, and activities throughout The Works campus.

The Dozers & Diggers event is free and open to the public. Guests on July 9, 2022 will be admitted for free to the museum.
