The Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board has named Aubrie Hall as its next executive director.
Hall was appointed to the position in September and will officially take over on November 2, following the retirement of longtime executive director Sherry Branham-Fonner.
A Richland County native, Hall brings 15 years of public service experience to the position. She most recently served as executive director of NAMI Richland County. During her time there, the organization expanded its operating budget, staffing and community programs.
Hall has also worked as director of victim services for the Richland County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and has held healthcare leadership positions with OhioHealth Mansfield and Shelby Hospitals.
As executive director, Hall will oversee the county’s planning, funding and monitoring of public mental health and substance-use treatment and recovery services. The board contracts with several local organizations providing those services throughout Richland County.
