Attention residents and travelers in Knox County:
Please be advised of an important roadway closure update:
Road: Danville-Amity Road
Location: Chapel Road to Richards Street
Start Date: August 12, 2024, at 7:00 a.m.
End Date: November 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
Closure Details:
- Type of Closure: Full road closure, 24 consecutive hours a day.
- Nearest Address West of Closure: Chapel Road
- Nearest Address East of Closure: Richards Street
- Reason for Closure: Roadway work
- Work Performed By: Law General Contracting Inc.
Additional Notes:
The intersection of Danville-Amity and Chapel Road will also be periodically closed throughout the project duration.
