On Saturday July 27 at 4:31 PM Licking County Sheriffs Deputies, Heath Police Officers and EMS were dispatched to the 1800 block of Hebron Rd (Route 79) near Heath on a motorcycle passenger vehicle crash.
The driver of the motorcycle, Brian Winner age 21 of Heath, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger on the motorcycle was airlifted to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. Both were wearing helmets at the time of the crash.
The passengers of the passenger vehicle were treated and released at the scene by EMS.
Deputies and the Licking County Sheriffs Office Crash Reconstruction Team shall continue the investigation.
