Vaughn Claims Bowler of the Week Status

JACKSON, Mich. – Hannah Vaughn of the Mount Vernon Nazarene University women’s bowling team earned her second Crossroads League Women’s Bowler of the Week honor of the season on Monday, October 24.

Vaughn led the Lady Cougars and the competition, beating the MVNU 4-game ladies series and setting a new record for the Women’s OBC 4-game series. Vaughn threw a series total of 927 (227, 232, 232, and 236). This first place performance by Vaughn would be her third career first place finish for MVNU (two OBC along with one Crossroads League).

Vaughn and MVNU bowling return to action in the Ohio Bowling Conference Tournament No. 3 on November 19. The tournament will take place at Palace Lanes in Columbus, Ohio at 9:45am.
