Individuals without insurance coverage or those covered by an insurer that LCHD cannot bill may pay out-of-pocket. Individuals age 6 months through age 18 years without insurance may be eligible for LCHD’s Vaccines for Children program. LCHD’s Vaccines For Children program offers reduced pricing for vaccines for children through age 18 who are uninsured or underinsured. The reduced cost for a flu vaccine is $21.25 per vaccine per child, up to a max of $40 for a family. LCHD does not refuse service for the inability to pay.
