New Board Member Announced at COTC

Andrew Guanciale is the newest member of the Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) fiduciary board of trustees. He was appointed on March 9, and his term will expire on Sept. 30, 2025. Guanciale replaces outgoing board member J. Park Shai III.

Guanciale is a Realtor with the Guanciale Group of Coldwell Banker Reality in Licking County. A native of Newark, Guanciale graduated from Newark Catholic High School and received a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Capital University. He is a third-generation real estate agent and has been with Coldwell Banker for more than 20 years.

Guanciale currently sits on the Salvation Army of Newark Ohio Advisory Board, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking & Perry County Foundation Board and the Newark Catholic High School Foundation Board. Andrew is a member of the Licking Memorial Hospital Development Council and various other committees throughout the community.

His professional accolades include receiving the Licking County Board of Realtors 75 Million Dollar Club Award and appearing on the Newark Advocate’s 20 Under 40 list that honors young professionals living or working in Licking County.

COTC is a fully accredited, public college dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible programs of technical education in response to current and emerging employment needs. COTC is the only technical college in Ohio operating four full-service campus locations: Newark, Coshocton, Knox and Pataskala.
