Delaware Municipal Court Offering ‘2nd Chance Reset’ for Fines, Costs

A reminder that the ‘2nd Chance Reset,’ hosted by the Delaware Municipal Court, is April 29-May 10. You may have already received a notification from the Court about this program. If you received notification but have never had a case with the Court, please disregard the message. If you do owe fines and costs, during the reset period, the Court will reset fines and costs to the total amount owed at sentencing, minus any payments already received.
