Haunted Spirits Pub Crawl in Downtown Mount Vernon
MOUNT VERNON, OHIO – Join Main Street Mount Vernon and Knox County Landmarks Foundation for a Haunted Spirits Pub Crawl on September 27th!
Have you heard voices in buildings when no one was around? Maybe it wasn’t just in your head. Listen to haunted stories about well-known locations in Mount Vernon as your group is guided from bar to bar.
Want to really get in the “haunted spirit”? Come dressed in costume and be entered into a Costume Contest! Participants can vote on their favorite costumes throughout the night with the winner being announced when all groups reunite at the end of the crawl!
Participants will be divided into groups so as to have plenty of time at each stop and to hear the stories between the bars. Everyone will start the evening together at Amato’s at 6:00 p.m. before dividing into their groups. After stopping at Flappers, Moss Rose, and Honey Buckets (in various orders), the groups will come back together at the restaurant side of SBC for a costume contest!
Participants are encouraged to arrange a designated driver before the start of the event. Lyft drivers are available through the Lyft app or Lyft Mount Vernon, Ohio FaceBook Group. It is advised to request rides in advance.
Tickets are $20 and are available online at www.mainstreetmountvernon.com until 7:00 p.m. September 27th. Tickets will also be available for purchase with cash at each of the participating locations the day of the event. A valid photo ID is required to redeem purchased tickets.
