Equality Ohio’s legal clinic provides free legal support to LGBTQ Ohioans, within 300% of the poverty line, who are experiencing legal hardship because of their sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. Their legal team is comprised of practicing attorneys and knowledgeable staff advocates who can provide concrete assistance with legal matters.
This event is co-sponsored by the Newark Ohio Pride Coalition; OSU-Newark’s LGBTQ+ student group, Pride Out Loud; and the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group of OSU-Newark and COTC.
Lite lunch will be provided, and no RSVP or appointment is required.
Note: The on-campus location for the legal clinic is the Reese Center on the OSU-Newark/COTC campus in Newark. Check-in is in room 141, and free parking is available across from the building. Additional directions are available at the link below.
